The SUBWAY® Development Office for this region covers
three primary regions: Guam, CNMI, and all US Military
Installations throughout Japan. The main function of this
office is to oversee the development in the covered territories
and ensure that all restaurants uphold the standards expected
of all SUBWAY® Restaurants worldwide. The office, headquartered
on Saipan, includes a team of qualified, SUBWAY® trained field
consultants who conduct monthly evaluations in the territory’s
30-plus restaurants. Each member of the Development Office team is
specialized in his/her area to grow the SUBWAY® brand
throughout the region.
The first Guam SUBWAY® Restaurant opened in the village of Yigo back
in September of 1989. Since then, the SUBWAY® brand has grown to a large
following from the local population. Today, the restaurant count totals
thirteen throughout the island, from Yigo to Agat. Over the years, The SUBWAY®
chain has supported numerous community events, including the Great American Smokeout,
hosted by the American Cancer Society, and a countless number of health-related
activities ranging from 5K runs to triathlons.
Our menu offerings on Guam are identical to the sandwiches you would find in
a SUBWAY® outlet anywhere throughout the United States. We offer the signature
“7 under 6” menu that offers a variety of low fat sandwiches. Many of our restaurants
open early to serve breakfast items such as egg sandwiches, coffee, and juices.
All of our products are imported to ensure we have the highest quality ingredients in
your sandwich, salad, or wrap.

SUBWAY® Restaurants of Saipan has been serving the island residents since
the first location in Chalan Kanoa, which opened in 1992. SUBWAY® restaurants
today have three locations in Chalan Piao, Gualo Rai, and the Promenade in Garapan.
We are proud to serve the CNMI with the highest standards in customer service as
well as being able to provide our customers with a quick, healthy alternative to
conventional fast food.
All SUBWAY® restaurants on Saipan serve breakfast starting from 7AM, offering various
egg sandwiches, juice, and omelets. The remainder of the menu offerings mirrors the US
menu and only imports products specifically approved as a SUBWAY® Gold Standard product.
As a standard menu item, all three restaurants serve Fruizie Smoothies, a fat free
alternative to sodas.
